Community Engagement & Opportunity Council (CEOC) is a faith-based, non-profit organization founded by Scott & Robin Turner in the Spring of 2021. Our mission is to revitalize communities through sports, mentorship & economic opportunity.
Serving the DFW community through our three programs:
Our FIRST KIDS Learning Program enhances reading literacy & builds character in a fun, caring environment!
Our FIRST DOWN Mentorship Program provides leadership & character building training for high school & college student athletes.
Our Community Outreach program partners with organizations that align with our mission to provide both short & long term resources.
